Tokyo cyclists: "Tour de Nanohana (TCC 2nd Tour)" will be held!

Winter had gone, spring has come!!!
The Tokyo Cycling Club (TCC) has the pleasure of announcing its second bicycle excursion to Kawagoe on March 21st, 2006 (Vernal Equinox Day).

The TCC, a joint project of e-Wadachi and JREF, comprises Japanese and foreign bicycle aficionados and aims at promoting friendship and cultural exchange between cyclists from Japan and elsewhere.
